About the Founder
Ciiro Gitonga is a marketing communications consultant and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with over 15 years’ experience across the public, private and impact sectors. She specialises in strategy development, digital marketing, brand transformation, and building internal capability.

In the advertising industry, Ciiro managed key accounts, developed client strategies, and supported revenue growth. She led successful rebrands and coordinated large scale campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and performance.

She later moved into corporate roles, where she led marketing teams to drive brand and revenue growth through omnichannel marketing. She also strengthened internal marketing operations, improving ways of working and enabling teams to execute business objectives more effectively.

She founded Azarel Consulting to help organisations move from ad hoc marketing to structured, insight led marketing that delivers measurable results.
